The Fitlight trainer is an extremely versatile workout equipment that can be used to improve reaction time, agility, concentration and decision-making ability.
Stretch Glasses
Stroboscopic glasses use liquid crystal technology that causes the lenses to alternate rapidly between opaque and transparent, reducing the visual information that reaches the brain. This training improves neurovisual processing.
